Dr. Hassam earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the University of Waterloo and previously graduated with honors from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science degree.
As part of her optometric training, she completed an ocular disease externship at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, where she gained experience in the management of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and other ocular diseases.
With a special interest in contact lenses, Dr. Hassam pursued additional specialty training through the Vision Care Institute in Jacksonville, Florida and the Academy for Eye Care Excellence in Fort Worth, Texas. She has experience in both private practice and a specialized center for dry eye and corneal disease, where she fit specialty contact lenses for patients with complex corneal conditions.
In addition to clinical practice, she has dedicated many years to volunteering with Operation Eyesight Universal and participated in an eye care mission to Romania with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. She is also an active member of the North East Texas Optometric Society.
When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Hassam enjoys exploring nature with her husband and two children. She welcomes new patients of all ages and looks forward to building lasting relationships while helping patients achieve their best possible vision and eye health.

Dr. Judy Xu earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston, graduating summa cum laude. She completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a degree in Biochemistry.
During her optometric training, Dr. Xu completed externships at Cedar Springs Community Clinic and Naval Medical Center San Diego, gaining experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of ocular conditions. She has particular interests in glaucoma management, dry eye treatment, and myopia control. Dr. Xu is licensed by the Texas Optometry Board as both a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
As a North Texas native, Dr. Xu is proud to serve the community she calls home and is passionate about helping patients and families maintain lifelong eye health and vision.
Outside the office, Dr. Xu enjoys exploring local trails with her husband, experimenting with new dessert recipes, and spending time playing board games.
Dr. Xu is excited to meet new patients and looks forward to providing the compassionate, personalized care that helps patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their eye care experience.
Dr. Nguyen is a Houston native and earned both her B.S. in Biotechnology and Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston. During her optometric training, she gained experience caring for patients with a wide range of eye conditions, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and glaucoma. She has a particular interest in contact lenses and myopia management.
Dr. Nguyen believes that great eye care goes beyond checking how well you see—it’s about understanding your eyes, your overall health, and your individual needs. She takes the time to listen to her patients, answer their questions, and explain her findings in a way that is easy to understand. Her goal is for every patient to leave their appointment feeling heard, well cared for, and confident about their vision and eye health.
Whether you’re coming in for a routine eye exam, have a concern about your vision, or are managing an ongoing eye condition, Dr. Nguyen looks forward to getting to know you and providing thoughtful, thorough care for you and your family.
Outside the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys baking, playing pickleball, hosting board game nights, and finding a good binge-worthy show. She is also a self-proclaimed foodie and is always on the hunt for her next favorite restaurant. If you have a great local recommendation, be sure to send it her way!

Dr. Ahmad is a residency-trained optometrist who specializes in comprehensive and medical eye care. She grew up in Canton, Georgia, and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2016. She went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2021.
Following optometry school, Dr. Ahmad completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Surgical Co-Management at Milan Eye Center. Her residency provided advanced training in the diagnosis and management of both common and complex eye conditions, as well as extensive experience in surgical co-management. She also supervised and taught optometry students during their clinical training.
After completing her residency, Dr. Ahmad joined a large ophthalmology practice, where she practiced for four years and continued to provide comprehensive and medical eye care to a diverse patient population.
Outside the office, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Ahmad speaks English and Urdu/Hindi.
Dr. Ahmad looks forward to serving the Allen community and hopes to educate her patients on the significance of ocular health and preventative eye care.

Dr. Bhojwani has been practicing optometry for more than 10 years and is passionate about providing thoughtful, comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and went on to graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry.
During optometry school, Dr. Bhojwani completed an externship at an ophthalmology practice in Atlanta, where she gained valuable experience managing and treating a wide variety of eye conditions. Her years of experience have given her a well-rounded approach to eye care, and she enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them understand their vision and overall eye health.
Originally from Alabama, Dr. Bhojwani has called the Allen area home for the past five years. She is excited to care for patients in the community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with them and their families.
Outside of the office, Dr. Bhojwani enjoys spending time with her two boys and traveling. She is also bilingual and speaks both English and Gujarati.
